Conditions on the Ski Trails

The Rib Lake Ski & Snowshoe Trails are groomed for both classic and skate skiing.  They are groomed at minimum weekly and after each snowfall as necessary to ensure a quality skiing experience.

The Rib Lake Ski & Snowshoe Trails connect to the Camp Forest Springs Trails and the Timm's Hill National Trail, which connects to the High Point Ski Trails, creating over 70km of connected trails, offering some of the finest cross-country skiing in the mid-west.

Snowshoeing, skijoring, and well behaved pets are welcome on the Rib Lake Ski & Snowshoe Trails, the Timm's Hill National Trail, and the High Point Ski Trails.

Trail Conditions are also posted on Facebook.

Icy

We got of rain Sunday night and Monday morning which caused icing on the trails and trees.

Then Monday afternoon it was very windy which brought down a lot of branches and trigs.

Right now the trails are icy and littered with sticks and trigs, and

there is very little snow in the forecast until next week.

The trails are being cleaned up and groomed.  Ill post an update soon.
